Although spinning on a dropspindle is as old as humanity, and we nowadays use spinningwheels,
interest in spinning with a dropspindle is growing.
One will need to practise using a dropspindle, but the advantage is, you can take
your dropspindle and use it anywhere.

The VDH-Dropspindles are all handcrafted and are made in a variety of woods:
paduk, wenge, zebra, purpleheart, olive, bubinga, walnut and cherry.
